The key to change in anyone's life is a commitment to just that – change. We are all at different stages of health in our lives. While we can't change the fact that we age, we do have control over how we age. BrainyEX showed me a way to age gracefully. This program came at a good time in my life – I am a semi-retired female who is cutting back on outside interests.
